What is required for the damage deposit?

A half month rent, which will be reimbursed at the end of the lease term if the residence is returned in the same state that it was provided. Note that tenants with pets are required to submit a deposit of an additional half month’s rent.

Are pets allowed?

YES! We are a pet friendly building and up to 2 pets are allowed See above relating to an additional pet deposit required. Note that the landlord reserves the right to restrict a pet if they deem that pet to be a nuisance or a danger to the building or its residents.

Can more than one person occupy a unit?

Yes, the 1 bedroom apartments have a max occupancy of 2 people and the 2 bedroom apartments have a max of 4 people.

What is the term of the lease that needs to be signed?

12-month term preferred.

What appliances are included in the kitchens?

Fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. All of which are high end stainless steel appliances.

Do the residences have in suite laundry?

Yes, all residences have brand new in suite front loading washers and dryers.

Is there bike storage?

There are ample secured bike storage lockers situated in the parkade.

Does the building have secured vehicle parking?

Yes, there are secured underground parking stalls available for rent.
